Our plans to develop a model for residential and rehabilitation purposes doesn't just stop there. While we understand the importance of building up our participants, we also believe in building up our community and the organizations around us. That is why our future plans for the Genesis Transitional Complex will include a state of the art conference wing capable of hosting exhibits, receptions, banquets, meetings, events and conventions.
Our mission for our upcoming conference wing is to offer incomparable services, state of the art amenities, and convenience that make meetings and events unforgettable. With Macon, Georgia the choice location for our transitional project -- our facility presents a prime location for newly interested partners.
Macon, Georgia is located in central Georgia and is situated at the fall line of the Ocmulgee River and part of the Metropolitan area, and is the county seat of Bibb County. Macon is the largest city in the Middle Georgia area.
Genesis Media Center
Our plans for the Genesis Conference facility will be highlighted by our Premier Media Training Center for Women. The purpose of this aspect of Genesis is to help women better understand media and what drives marketing and reporting.
Our Media Center will be available for personal, customized media trainings for our women and partnering companies and organizations. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with media at all levels to ensure that women are able to compete in tomorrows media market, present in newsrooms, in print, on air, and digitally -- as sources and users of media.
As women continue to fight for equal placement in public media, we believe that our efforts through women and media will help in that fight.
